The story
Started in 2024, with Zeeland as our home base.
We were founded in 2024 by two brothers-in-law with complementary backgrounds in real estate, finance and technology. We chose a small setup deliberately: fewer projects, more attention. Our ambition is not to be the biggest, but to be the known, trusted partner in Zeeland for clients and municipalities that value quality and reliability — and beyond it we are open to projects across the south-west of the Netherlands.
