Preliminary agreement signed: 28 homes at former Yerseke church site
At Oude Boogaert 2 in Yerseke, the former church of the Gereformeerde Gemeente will be transformed into a new residential project with 21 apartments and 7 ground-bound homes. van der Post & Dek and Fraanje are developing the project together; the preliminary agreement with the municipality of Reimerswaal has recently been signed.
We are expanding to Poland with a warehouse in Robakowo
van der Post & Dek takes its first international step: a commercial real estate project in Robakowo, near Poznan, Poland. On land acquired in 2025 at Szkolna 33/5, a warehouse will be developed for commercial leasing. The design by APX Architekci is ready; the tender is underway.
Construction update Havelaarstraat Colijnsplaat: 4 homes nearing completion
At Havelaarstraat 21 in Colijnsplaat, four life-cycle-proof, gas-free new homes (energy label A+++) on a former barn site are nearly complete on the outside. Interior finishing is still well underway. All four homes have already been sold before completion.
