We are expanding to Poland with a warehouse in Robakowo

van der Post & Dek takes its first international step: a commercial real estate project in Robakowo, near Poznan, Poland.

In 2025 we acquired the land at Szkolna 33/5 in Robakowo. On this site a warehouse will be developed for commercial leasing. The design has been completed by APX Architekci. The tender phase is currently underway — contractor quotes are being evaluated in preparation for the actual construction.

The project is being delivered through Dianekas Poland Sp. z o.o., the Polish entity of van der Post & Dek. Robakowo sits in a strong logistics cluster near Poznan. Poland lies geographically at the heart of Europe, making it highly attractive logistically. Poznan is the first major city you encounter after the German border near Berlin, giving the location a strategic advantage. The commercial real estate market in Poland is currently a rising market, driven in part by the growing demand for logistics and industrial space.

With this project we show that our growth strategy does not stop at the Dutch border.
