Abstract

The distinctive former church at Oude Boogaert 2 in Yerseke will be demolished to make way for 21 apartments and 7 ground-bound homes. The design by Bouwraadhuis Architecten matches the scale and atmosphere of the village. van der Post & Dek and Fraanje are developing the project together, in close collaboration with the municipality of Reimerswaal.

    The preliminary agreement with the municipality of Reimerswaal has been signed — an important step towards the permit. Sales launch is planned for late 2026, with construction starting in early 2027.
